The Job

Program Managers provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. They also oversee the progress of operations.

The Program Manager has experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. Program Managers are able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate project managers and other staff
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Coordinate cross-project activities
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Help mitigate projects risks and solve projects escalations
  • Assume responsibility for program’s projects and people
  • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. (mezclar con punto 4).
  • Develop and track budget for multiple projects
  • Ensures client satisfaction
  • Help pre-sales process by giving directions, feedback, and analisis on new projects proposals
  • Promote cross-projects communications in order to leverage knowledge and help teams to be more effective
  • Audit project’s execution and agile methodologies best practices

What You Bring to the Team

  • 6+ years of work experience in the implementation of digital products (Web applications, Mobile applications, Websites, e-commerce solutions, etc)
  • 2+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
  • Proven experience executing projects in a tech-related company
  • Experience managing Agile teams
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Spanish
  • Experience in leading and coaching team members.
  •  SCRUM Master certification
  •  Experience using Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
